Terms of Service
PvPLand sells digital banner advertisement placement and server topic visibility. Purchasing a slot reserves
inventory, but publication requires payment completion, exact banner dimensions, policy compliance, and admin
approval.
- Advertisers are responsible for all banners, logos, screenshots, texts, links, and server claims they submit.
- PvPLand may reject, pause, remove, or request changes for ads that violate platform rules or create legal risk.
- Slot visibility, clicks, impressions, and player traffic are not guaranteed.
- Advertisers must keep website and Discord links accurate, safe, and under their control.
- Payment provider terms also apply when Stripe, iyzico, or another provider is used.

Advertising Policy
PvPLand is an advertisement network, not a host for game clients, copyrighted files, cracks, bots, or cheats.
Every advertiser must have the rights or permissions needed for the materials and links they submit.
- No copyright, trademark, logo, client, patch, or artwork infringement.
- No bot, cheat, exploit, malware, phishing, account theft, or fraud promotion.
- No illegal item sales, stolen data, fake payment pages, gambling, hate, harassment, or adult content.
- No misleading opening dates, fake player counts, fake rewards, or deceptive testimonials.
- Private server ads may be removed after a valid rights-holder complaint or payment provider review.

Privacy Notice
PvPLand processes account, order, banner, topic, review, upload, and analytics data to operate the advertising
platform, prevent abuse, process payments, and respond to legal requests.
- Account data: display name, email, login/session data, role, and package state.
- Ad data: uploaded banners, logos, gallery images, server topic text, links, and admin notes.
- Payment data: order status, provider reference, package, slot, payment state, and timestamps.
- Analytics data: impressions, clicks, target type, server slug, and event timestamps.
- Users can request access, correction, deletion, or objection through the contact channel below.

Pre-information and Refund Rules
Banner placement is a digital advertisement service. Before payment, the checkout page shows the package,
dimensions, inventory, price, payment state, and service flow.
- The service starts after payment and admin approval, then the advertisement becomes publicly visible.
- Rejected submissions can be edited and resubmitted for the same purchased slot.
- Refunds before publication can be reviewed by support. Active approved ads are generally non-refundable unless PvPLand fails to provide the service.
- Final refund and withdrawal wording should be reviewed under the laws that apply to the seller entity.
